The weather always seems to be a topic of discussion and as we are gaining speed towards the winter months it’s a part of daily conversation. As the weather gets colder, we slowly start to move towards finding indoor activities and this makes it important to think about indoor air quality (IAQ).

For your comfort, health and home normal humidity levels should be between 30% to 50%.
Since humidity is a measure of the moisture level in the air you need to be aware of what level your home operates at. Proper humidity levels can be monitored and regulated easily by adding a humidifier to your heating system.
