This option also does not require a chimney. Combined with a high efficient furnace, this means the chimney can be removed. This improves renovations, as there is more freedom to move floor plans as desired.

The water gets instantly heated as it passes through the water heater.

 

3. Tankless Water Heater 

Tankless water heaters produce unlimited hot water when you need it!

The tankless system means you waste zero energy when there is not a hot water demand.

The on-demand system produces hot water only when you turn the hot water tap on.

This saves space compared to a hot water tank, and saves on utility bills each month.
