What is zoning?
Zoning allows you to divide your home into different areas (or zones). Rather than heating or cooling your entire home, you may choose different temperatures for each zone. This is the ultimate control and comfort.
Zoning can be added to most systems. It’s installed on a single furnace. If you have two or more furnaces – Your zones are set! We may be able to replace your multiple furnaces with a single furnace to heat and cool your whole home.

What Is a Zoning System?
A zoning system divides your home into separate heating and cooling “zones,” each controlled by its own thermostat. Motorized dampers in your ductwork open or close as needed to direct airflow to specific areas—so you’re not wasting energy on rooms that don’t need it.
